A Phoenix general contractor with an engineer's approach.
TGX Constructions was founded in Phoenix in 2022 by Thomas Garcia, a civil engineer by trade. He started TGX to give business owners and homeowners what they rarely get from a contractor: a clear plan, straight answers and a job that's finished right.
Today TGX builds commercial remodels, tenant improvements, franchise locations and home remodels and additions across the Valley.
What we pride ourselves on — and what our clients say about us
Plan first, then build
An engineering background means we sort out scope, sequencing and details before work starts — so there are fewer surprises once it does.
Clear communication
You know the plan for the day and what's next. "Communicative" is the word our clients use most.
On time, clean site
Crews show up when scheduled and clean up every day, so your business or home keeps running.
We make it right
We don't call a job done until it meets your standard — backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Part of the Phoenix business community
Thomas holds the general contractor seat at BNI Paragon, a group of 75+ business professionals in the Phoenix area who refer work to people they trust. We work and live here, and we want every client to be one we'd be proud to be referred by.
